This
service is a comprehensive evaluation of a client's readiness to
entertain sales of its products and services. It is a pre-requisite
for the AlphaDeal Program. This
includes assessment of value propositions, target markets and target
titles, ideal customer criteria, sales tools, pricing models, differentiators,
collateral and sales process. The Sales Readiness Assessment involves
two or three meetings with the executive staff over the course of
a week. The deliverables include an analysis of key sales issues,
GAP Analysis and a proposal for proceeding.
