This
service is a comprehensive evaluation of a client's readiness to
entertain sales of its products and services. It is a pre-requisite
for the AlphaDeal Program. This
includes assessment of value propositions, target markets and target
titles, ideal customer criteria, channel eco-system, sales tools,
pricing models, differentiators, collateral and sales process. The
Sales Readiness Assessment involves two or three meetings with the
executive staff over the course of a week. The deliverables include
an analysis of key sales issues, GAP Analysis and a proposal for
proceeding.
