The Team

Growth Process Group has a seasoned team of partners and associates with more than 100 man-years of experience. Our focus is Sales, Marketing and Business Development. We have worked in large companies, built start ups from scratch and been turnaround leaders. We have built regional, national and global teams. We have sold complex solutions direct as well as through VARs, resellers and OEMs. GPG Partners all have executive level experience. Chuck DeVita founded and leads GPG. He has over thirty years experience in Sales and Marketing management. He has developed regional and worldwide sales forces and has extensive international background. His experience spans infrastructure, business intelligence, manufacturing software, supply chain, EDA, software development, energy technology and semiconductors. As an officer, he led the growth of two startups: Faraday Electronics (acquired by Western Digital) and IDE (acquired by Gores Technology). He also drove the turnaround of Consilium (acquired by Applied Materials), a public company. As a consultant, he has helped numerous enterprise software and hosted solution companies in the U.S. and Europe including serving as interim VP Sales & Marketing. Chuck is also an LP in two venture funds and regularly works with a number of VC firms.

Chuck is a recognized speaker and visionary on sales and marketing management for technology companies. He regularly presents seminars at various industry forums. He also teaches courses at Stanford on “Selling Software as a Service (SaaS) to the Enterprise”, “Sales Management Excellence”, "Value Propositions & Pricing Models" and "Entering New Markets & Acquiring Reference Customers". Brian Reidy has twenty years experience in strategy, business development and direct sales. He has deep domain expertise in the energy technology and CleanTech. He founded three businesses and turned around a fourth. He developed successful consulting practices and for Hewitt Associates and Towers Perrin.. He has also taken a company public as the CEO (MicroPlanet, TSXV: MP). His expertise includes energy technology, business strategy, company funding, employee compensation, development of high performance work environments, M & A, and resource optimization. Brian obtained an MBA at the University of Colorado and a BS in Marketing/Advertising from Indiana University.
   
Chris Whitted has over 20 years experience in sales and operations for software developers and supply chain management service providers. Chris was instrumental in developing the AlphaDeal Program at Growth Process Group. Currently, Chris is serving as VP Sales at SteelWedge. Before that, he was CEO at LaunchPad and Director of Sales at Impresse, a hosted marketing automation solution. He has also held executive positions at Reef, an early content management software startup, and IPC Communications, Chris has lead the supply chain initiatives for leading software and PC-OEM companies - growing revenues by over $25 million. He holds a B.S. in Production Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
